Symptom entire film with the camera after photo , flush out all white film without any images. To power up the camera to check its winding , rewinding , flash functions were normal , and found the reason is not open the shutter .

 

Disassembly and overhaul

 

1 Turn the camera on , loosen and remove the camera bottom a black screws , remove the front following a flash bracket black screws , open the battery compartment cover , loosen and remove the internal three black screws. Turn the camera on the back cover , loosen and remove the back cover of the switch at three black fixing screws , remove the viewfinder spring , so when the bomb off before removing the cover. Then use a screwdriver to carefully lift force the camera back, the bottom cover over the camera from the tripod and remove the nut at the front of the camera cover , this time inside the camera as a whole exposed.

 

2 Unscrew and remove the flash bracket below a black rear retaining screws , then remove the cover.

 

3 Gently pry the lens firmly in front of decorative plates , loosen and remove the two fixing screws around the lens , remove the top of the iron in the fixed lens fixing screws and remove the spring connected between two metal plates , again remove the lens and lens hood can be seen inside the two shutter electromagnet. The two shutter blades of the shutter to control the exposure . Removing the root cause of this failure was found that the original of the shutter by a wire to the solenoid is energized to achieve shutter open exposure, lead break now , it can not open the shutter.
