K3 bad, R3 or early T2, secondary open, C2 open circuit failure or reduced capacity, C3 breakdown leakage or open fails, flash tube damage. T2 can be rewound using the original core, the primary use ∮ 0.22mm enameled wire around 18 to 22 turns and the secondary with ∮ 0.08mm enameled wire around 600 turns.
